This is our day, friends. The day we wait for all year. Im not really sure why exactly because we shouldnt need a reason to go skate, regardless of what time of year it is. But whatevs, post your pics/vids/shenanigans up here :D

Well I didnt know it was today but Ive been staying in downtown ohio and im always scouting when I go out Ill post some spots tomorrow.
I had no time today. I bladed up and did like one trick on this handrail by my apt.
Skated from 10am to 10pm. P-Rod and shane o'neil came through, banged out a few tricks, snatched a free 5 boro deck and a shirt to match. Nike SB built a this CRAZY set up on a barge out on the water and the Nike SB team demo'd.
No big deal :P every year once a year I'm proud to live in new york and it's always go skate day.

Damn Omid , Im mad jealous! A friend of mine invited me to skate that barge the night before it opened...but my foot is still injured...I didn't skate at all!!! But go skate days are always hype here, glad to hear yours was dope!

No big deal? What the hell..... the best thing that happened in Winnipeg was when Tony Hawk and a bunch of other guys like Bam Margera and Andrew Reynolds came and skated the downtown plaza.... 7 years ago. And I wasn't even able to go see it....Quote:
