I feel like with all the super realistic CAPs made to look like real street lately (I'm guilty of this myself), an actual skatepark is a nice mix-up. Looks pretty fun, booked.

Too bad I don't have Xbox Live or Skate 3 on Xbox. This park is sick looking!
