If you want to play the games on your next gen console, vote there! Just search for it and then click vote. Not only would it be cool to have them as backwards compatible, but this will help show there are still a lot of people fond of these games and maybe give EA the nuts to start working on a new Skate.
Even if you don't have an Xbox One or even an Xbox, still vote! The more, the better for all console users.

If you have the physical disc I don't see why this other stuff matters.
If you have the physical disk, you own the game. However, the game still needs to be installed to the hard drive and emulated. This is not native compatibility. Devs must approve because MS could get in some shit if they say, give everyone Skate compatibility when EA is actually working on a Skate definitive edition.
