So I've just come back and I'm trying the merge glitch and its not working for me...... Is it still working on ps3? only some of the dlc is on the store so maybe thats why its not working. If anyone knows please let me know.

It should still work. I haven't checked it in a while but my friends use it, still. The only place it doesn't work in is Zen plaza.
I'm gonna be trying it later, so will let you know how I get on with it.
Finally got all my clips captured so I don't have to freak out that I lost all my clips this time around!
Thanks man. Yeah idk why I'm having so much problems with it.
1- delete dlc file
2- download the dlc again
3- dont update the game and then build away
