those slomos look horrible though, basically a slideshow. i assume you did those in vegas/premiere? AE is the way to go.

do it the workmans way since your not going for the sound but rather the effect what you do is take the 2 versions of the clip you wanna slow mo and you splice them together from the points you want the slow motion to start and when you want it to end. it looks good and theres no sketch if done right. EVERYONES A WINNER
