So this is the official thread for my CAP series "Eastborough". After being semi annoyed of port carverton and giving myself enough time to get comfortable with the CAP editing system I've decided to design my own city piece by piece. This thread will include the different parts of the city ETC. Everyone's welcome to comment. Eastborough is the brother city of SV/NSV, it's on the east coast and is home to alot of grimey D.I.Y. spots and some beautiful plazas, the city has had an alarmingly high crime rate for the past 20 years, so the police and security stopped targeting skateboarders so they could focus on crime. It's separated into 4 different sections
Irvine is right by city hall, and for the most part has remained unchanged from the day it was built and serves as the historical district and a tourist trap. The Greensburg is half occupied warehouses and companies the other half is yuppie paradise. The older warehouses make great studio lofts for rich kids while the garages and loading docks make great spots for skaters. Eastborough City is an island off of the coast but is home to all of the high rise buildings and condos. Finally there's Lynchester, the rougher part of Eastborough, lots of apartment complexes older skate spots and the Lynchester Recreational Center Skatepark. (LRC)

Location:Irvine
Description:City Hall is the forbidden fruit of eastborough, there is no way of getting in there without getting mauled by security. However, since the president is in town it's the perfect time to skate! Get your hammers on!

Location:East Lynchester
Description:Van Buren is the most dangerous neighborhood in Eastboro, it's occupied by nothing but ex gang members, drug dealers and more recently skateboarders. There's a lot to do and no security. Make it pretty!

Location:South Lynchester
Description:In the bustling heart of Lynchester lies LRC. The famed host of the AM Slam, Eastborough's Annual Amateur Skateboarding competition. Most of the participants of the contest know the layout of the park like the back of their hands, because this is the most frequented skatepark in the city. A local hotspot, mostly because it's free and the Rec Center is right next door.

Location:East Lynchester
Description:Located a few blocks away from the infamous Van Buren Houses, lynchester high is not known for its educational system, it's known for its lax school security that allows for people to hop the fence and skate the place to bits. Loads of video parts have been shot here, so most people just come here for a laid back session.

Description: Thanks to iNH buying out the old public storage warehouse in Greensburg, Ohmidineffect had the opportunity to build an entire indoor skatepark for iNH and the general public to skate. Loaded with a variety of different obstacles to skate iNHQ is a great place to get comfortable with a trick before you try it out in the streets, and a great place to hide out on a rainy day.

Description: EFC is a taboo spot during the day but once the sunsets its a skaters paradise, filled with different things to hit in billions of different ways people find themselves sleeping during the day and skating EFC all night long, security free.

Location: Edge of Lynchester
Description: The boondocks is home to "The Yard" a city sanctioned D.I.Y. spot for skateboarders around Eastborough. Every skater in the city makes the pilgrimage to this skate mecca preferably as soon as they start skating. The spot has sparked the careers of many skaters. One of the few skateparks in the city that you can almost always spot a pro in without there being a competition.

Location: South Greensburg
Description: Northridge is where alot of skaters pick up the basics of skateboarding, there are plenty of spots scattered across the neighborhood as well as "The Pit" A crust punk squatter house/ D.I.Y. spot.

Location: Eastborough City (Downtown)
Description: Stop and Go is a huge parkade that rarely gets frequented because of the fact that a few blocks away there's a cheaper automated parkade that is free of skateboarders, thus making it the perfect place to skate.

Location: Somewhere in Lynchester
Description: The Clinic is the now public training facility by CNBS and Lakai Footwear. Originally invite only, the owner decided that it'd be cool to let the locals shred it every now and then, but the actual LOCATION remains on a need to know basis people just know it's in lynchester.

Description: The famed Fairbank Skatepark is one of the first skateparks built in Eastborough. When the skateboarding boom hit, the kids would skate all over the city and ruin property so Fairbank was built to give them a place to skate.

Description: The famous Mariana terminal is a meeting point for most people going shopping and hanging out in the city, but it's also the hub for EBC skateboarding, people will skate this spot for hours and never leave because security is so lax.

Location: Lynchester (The Boondocks)
Description: The old ditches are by the edge of town, it's where Lynchester meets the wealthy Suburban district. The city was trying to build a new skatepark for the area but they ran out of funding midway, the ditched project provides access to the backwood drainage ditch systems that have long since been abandoned.

Location: Greensburg/Eastborough City (The Washington Tunnel)
Description: The Wash Gap, The Tunnel Gap, Bum Blaster, Runoff Gap. The gap in front of the Greensburg entrance to the Washington Tunnel has been called many things by different skaters but it's been sessioned for years. The area around it has it's fair share of spots but most people only come to this part of town to huck themselves over the legendary gap.

:( my mom kinda just randomly bought one for me years ago lol after that i've had no reason to buy a new game console.

i would love to skate a park with high skyscrapers with little allies and staircases here and there... similar to the city in s2 near that seaside place (with the big boat). except dont make it all industrial cus sometimes the industrial theme can get a little boring.
i am really diggin the city idea and look forward to seeing future parts of it.

Dude, you have to do an indoor mall or a trailer park. It's necessary.

Also a bottling plant at a large-scale brewery. Big loading docks, crazy jersey barriers, long-ass ramps where trucks pull in and out, all that fun stuff.

Almost done with my next release "The Boonies" Necessary bump. And dude I tried a trailer park ages ago in back lot and it kept freezing but now that i have that controllllled.

The Boonies is now up! NOTE: I am running low on server space soon I will be releasing parks under my brothers old xbox live account "Deathbot101" If anyone has a free 48 hour trial code for xbox that they don't want just PM me the code.

I looked on google maps and saw a iNH Training Facility in Eastborough. ;)

Google maps launched early and is announcing things before they've even been started I see haha. Send me some specifications and I'll see what I can cook up good sir!

Needless to say during EA's ice age I couldn't upload parks, I lost alot of motivation but Now things are back on track, iNHQ is almost ready to be uploaded just needs to be colored and rumor has it that the security at the east borough fincancial center gets lighter at night...

UPDATE! Eastborough Financial Plaza (Aka EFC) has been released! Get your night vision specs out. In other news one of the oldest warehouses in greensburg has now been purchased by a group of skateboarders....

UPDATE! iNHQ has just opened it's doors up for you all to skate!! Work is being done on City Hall currently. Side note after doing iNHQ and spending weeks fine tuning it, i realized that I really can't take ENTIRE skatepark requests, wayy too much pressure. But I am looking at all the suggestions thus far and slowly getting into building them into parks. Bare with me!!!

UPDATE School's back in session and PS 241 is just the place to know the ledge (SEE WHAT I DID THERE?) Slowly but surely people are managing to skate bits of Irvine without cops or security harassing them.... just let me know when ya'll are ready to go to church.

UPDATE! If anyone wants to skate my newest park "The LRC" (Lynchester Recreational Center Skatepark) just add me on xbox live i just uploaded it to the general public. With the website being a hot mess I really can't give you beautiful photo's but maybe I can get something off of my macbooks webcam. At anyrate it's worth it! Ohmidineffect is my GT.

UPDATE: The violence in the Van Buren Houses has come to a halt! Nows the perfect time to get in there and skate some of the dirtiest spots Lynchester has to offer. With all funding going to the restoration of Irvine security's been lax everywhere else, it's not easy getting into city hall though...

UPDATE: thank you mr. president for moving all security in Irvine to follow you around! The steps of City hall are now free of security. Best find a friend in Town, loads of shit is poppin up in irvine!

BIG ASS UPDATE! After City Hall's release I thought I'd have no more space for parks without deleting some older ones. BUT thanks to some sort of strange luck my brothers old Xbox live account had all my DLC so I after beating all the horrid own the lots and getting all the pieces I needed, I also ran into MORE luck and found a 48 hour Xbox live card for that account. SO all my parks up to Van Buren have been moved to Deathbot101 leaving me with 23 slots for new skate.parks :D excitement.

Yeah hahaha it was just the theme I chose for the park of the week competition. And nah dude I still got so many ideas saved for eastborough on my xbox it's ridiculous. But there's tons of stuff that I think of building that wouldn't work there. So I'm thinking the PS3 d00ds will get those ones.

Description: A few blocks away from city hall is the Irvine Cathedral, a small spot but loaded with different stair sets and combos and things to just hurl your self over across down and around. Grab your board ASAP and start getting those tricks down while they're repairing things/skatestoping things.

UPDATE Street league season is upon us all, Eastborough locals are getting all hyped up to see their favorite pros throw down at EFC's Nikedome! The Irvine School of the Arts has just ended it's semester so it's summer time for all skaters! Mount Redworth is dealing with some renovation, and let's not forget that dollar dumpling days are coming up in Chinatown. Eastborough is busy as hell for the summer.

The Cathedral is by far my favourite CAP at the moment, I've been skating it religiously lately. My favourite part is the stair set at the front with the 2 level rails and the small gap/drop at the foot. I am going to try to make a short montage of me skating this beast when I finish my first video part, I have all the footage done just need to find a suitable song and piece it together. Awesome work.

UPDATE InsideManager just did a quickie at the cathedral hitting everything with steez! Remember if you film anything at eastborough I wanna see it so send it!

Also the street leagues allowed a couple of skaters test the obstacles before the event, builders are now just getting the Nikedome ready for everything...

UPDATE After an earlier incident there is construction on route 181... meaning open season for skaters on mt. redworth! When your done if your hungry i know a few places in china town....

YO. Hopefully people read this. Chinatown took almost all my creativity, at least in terms of this game. I did alot of stuff that I've wanted to do since the game dropped. I don't have any ideas anymore D:. Any body have ANY requests or suggestions, I'm open to everything. But right now I might just be done with this game.

I must say Ohmid, I came across an older park of yours the other day called like Ditched or something, it was an abandoned skatepark in process, its probably my fav xbox park now, executed so well and the grindable ramp wooden frames is amazing, I still am catching up with all your great CAP guys older parks since I'm still fairly new here.

Anyways I only have a few good ideas as far as park goes, but since you seem to be one of the best theme type builders around, they're probably best off in your hands anyways.

1. Treehouse skatepark, I'm thinking like swiss family robinson with wooden walkways from tree's, small rooms made around trees in the middle, maybe some wooden mini ramps and what not, would be a semi-small build I think but sometimes they are nice to skate like the Skatehaus.

2. Farm. You could do a few buildings with some wooden benches, wood piles, tractors etc. But the main part would be like an awesome hidden wooden park inside an old barn or something. Might be hard to come up with stuff to skate on this one but the scenery would be nice and very different from the city spots we always see.

3. The best idea and would work well with the Eastborough theme is an abandoned mini-golf course like the video, maybe not the same layout or anything but should give you plenty of creative stuff to do, have a small parking lot and a small building with a nice ramp/rail and around back the course and some trees. Anyways I hate to see one of the best park builders stop because he needs ideas lol.

UPDATE First of all thanks Insidemanager for the ideas, they might not be able to fit in the city, HOWEVER they did inspire me to dig in my mind and pictures and old C.A.P.'s I've struck gold again and the building commences. There have been issues at the civic center involving skateboarders and graffiti artists, work is being done on a new outdoor plaza to stop them from overrunning the city, and if anyone remembers flynn's inn, flynn is bankrupt and his inn is deteriorating... let's get into it ya'll!

UPDATE! YEAH! YEAH! YEAH! Sooooo Irvine's Halburton Plaza is now open for sessions, the Irvine Restoration Committee put too much focus on city hall and forgot to guard this gem. In other news a big empty lot by the trains in greensburg is getting a serious make over. The mayor is collaborating with skateshops and local pros to bring eastboro's kids the best skate plaza they can think of.

A good friend show me your "skatehaus" last month and it was a 1st shock for me by all the details in this house ! So I decided to check you other parks and…holly shit ! it was my second shock : The Clinic, the first "extreme hardcore realistic skatepark" i never seen before (totally new kind of park for me at this time), everything is so clean and at the good size !
Now i'm a big fan of your work, "stop and go", "SOTW_2 Ohmid1", "Little Hong Kong", Hallburton Plaza", amazing and so impressive !!!
And because creator like u, i decide to register here recently.
Its like skate 4 is finally available on my xbox thanks a lot for that !

UPDATE Local skateshop, and sneaker boutique D E V D S T C K. is opening up a new skate park in Greensburg. Its opening its gates for public use soon but the boys there need a graphic creator to spruce up the place.

I need a simple logo and a sticker wall combined on one graphic. The logo should just be

the sticker wall should have one supreme sticker and one obey sticker, the other stickers on the wall can be anything.

Once the graphics are done I can open the gates. There's a big bowl with a deep end and more hips then a biggie music video. CMAHN.

VPDATE The D E V D S T C K. (dead stock) warehouse has finally been finished, let me know if you want to skate it before the doors get opened to the general public. The bowl could use a couple of sessions before I open up shop. BIG shout outs to InsideManager for designing the graphics for this place it's gunna be rad!
