Timing needs to be right to start something like this. It's been tried before, and it didn't happen. Guys were all working on their own thing. If it's in teams I would probably need to be accepted into a team first, but if not, I am most certainly down.

I really like the idea so heres my input.

Get it on hold, think it through, give it some time to settle participants and it might sort itself out. Rather than going quick and lame in 2 days notice with 3 people or similar.
