Merge Glitch Wont Work!?

It use to work but now everytime i try it, it wont even let me put two objects together. If anyone knows about a solution PLEASE help!

Just to Make Sure Im Doing It Right:
Here's What Im Doing.
1: Delete System Cache.
2. Cancel In-game Update
3. Click on my name so it signs in on my account
4. Start up CAP, sometimes New Park

start the NEW CAP with the update...... then clear cache and use that Saved park, it should work

so start your park with the update

Its most likely that the last time you built a park you left the collision on, the next time you go in CAP turn off collision and do anything that will official save the game. Things like changing the clothes on your skater, the difficulty, etc. (Saving the park will not save the game, only the park itself)

yeah this is the fix.

yea i usually have to redo the merge because i turn merge on for rails and ledges before i do a whole lot of merging
but when turn mergeing off move something in the settings so it saves.
