"styles" are basically for your flip tricks...
and even further you can cancel flip tricks to mix and match "tweaked flips"...

so what is a posture for....

grinding...

see you will choose a posture and that will affect how your skater looks during grinds...

unfortunately you cant *use other grind animation mixed together like flip tweaks but..
like always you can hold the trigger and gets some stylish knee bending...


so whats just happened...
essentially a reimaginating of the classic role playing game...
where you have skills and you have a few options and tricks to alter and affect your outcome...

when i was told about postures i kinda got tears in my eyes....
again this is something no one has asked for..
everyones so wrapped up in flip tricks no one thinks of grinding...
and again bb goes out of there way to improve on something so small but extremely important...

ever since s1 ive done everything in my power to stylize myself to the best way possible...

shoulder angles...
weight distribution...*theres still no real weight...i just adjust my shoulder accoringly to each trick
knee bending...
pre crouch...

and now we get new grinding animations...


again..

styles...
tweak glitch....
postures....
knees...
push...(part of posture)
rolling...(part of posture)
character...
board....

all customizable....


s3....


nothing like 2...

i have no idea about all slides grinds using drop "ins" though*...

drop off and drop in to be exact..

Grind drop in button, you gotta explain that dude.
Like something you use while riding close to a coping, hit the button => animation to lock a grind / slide ?
or something more like a drop in a transition ?

I want to know more about that :P

i have no idea if every grind/slide can drop in using the new "drop in" feature....
i do know that there is still the grind "drop off buttons" that were all used to...
thats why i said that out of context...

as youve seen nose slides in the trailer and ive done tails thats 100% in....

i know this sounds repetitive but...
i did ask them to add it do all grinds slides simply because of its awesomeness...
actually it was one of the things i regarded back to tony hawk about how they had 2 "god" buttons aka "drop in immediately buttons" so you could decide which side of a spine you wanted to go through...
and i even mentioned the hastings bowl...

but again..
i have no idea if this will come to true for the new "drop in" feature...
but god do i want it...

theres a reason i called it the "god button"...

cancel the catch and landing animation by holding the right analog...
that catch landing is transfered to the next reg flip trick..

I was thinking you were taking about like stopping or slowing down the flip mid air or something haha thought i missed some info or something.

Can you over-ride tweaks?
For example, in S2, if you "cancel" a nollie inward heel, when you do another flip that has it's own tweak, nollie shuv, it will do the nolle shuvs tweak, not the inward heel.

I've confused myself now.


AAAAAAAAAAAAnd, when you say styles for flips, does this mean you can change the flip speed and height? Do we get sliders?
