Wait ? You said you want 360p. Then you said you want HD ? That doesnt make any sense ?
Lets start with the basics: What programm you're using ? What do you want to render ? What format ? AVI, MP4, WMV !?!?!
360p isn't hd...
Flv to mpeg convert, Sony Vegas 10, Mineconcept for the render
I just need good settings
i really like Jerrel quality
Render it in 720p and playing it on youtube in 360p will look better than just rendering it in 360p
