Aerosmith - Honkin' On Bobo in South Carolina. Aerosmith puts on one hell of a show.
Also saw the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, also one hell of an amazing show.

TOOL LIVE at the Molson Amphitheatre. nuff said
Nirvana @ Reading in 92, immense show, Rage Against The Machine @ Glastonbury in 94, followed very closely by the Beastie Boys at the same event. RIP MCA!
Special mention for the Prodigy too for their show at Cambridge Corn Exchange in 95 - on thw way to it I wasn't sure how they owuld come across live, but oh man they blew me away. Can still remember dancing like a nutter to No Good Start the Dance with a drugged up girl in hot pants and a bra with angel wings strapped to her back. fucking awesome.

I have seen far too many shows to pick just one, but I'll list my Top 5 that I remember enjoying the most.
These are not in order, but simply listed.
1. Metallica w/ Queensryche (And Justice For All Tour)
2. Rush w/ Primus, Bonham (Roll the Bones Tour)
3. Slayer w/ Fear Factory, Kilgore (Diabolus in Musica Tour)
4. Suicidal Tendencies w/ Toxic Popsicles (Lights... Camera... Revolution! Tour)
5. Ozzy Osbourne w/ Type-O-Negative, Sepultura (No More Tears Tour)
For sheer production.
