That was a bit better on my end, easier to hear..
Voice was still pretty low but I could at least make out the words that time
I Thought the message was alright, but some of the words you used didn't seem to fit
This is something I'm still working on myself.. You have to really use emphasis to make words fit together ending your lines
if you don't it doesn't really flow, Maybe you can hear this after thinking about it.. and of course you could always just try another word with the same meaning.
I dig how laid back you're going though basically speaking it, but maybe try emphasis/new words.
I added my 2 cents but This is Information I've gathered through resources about general rap songs.

Yeah, I'm still fairly new to this seeing as that was literally the second verse I've ever recorded. I'm used to writing slam poetry, not rap. But that just makes it easier to write. As for the words, I made sure they all fit for sure haha. Maybe if you read what I wrote out it might make a little more sense. But yeah, I've still got a lot of room to improve.

fecal face got some nice assonance going, sounds pretty earl-inspired to me. i can dig it.

Also Antwan, Day 17 just was just very unpleasant to listen to. I didn't really dig the beat or the Lil-Wayne-Esque vibe.

i wasnt feeling that one as much as some of the other shit you had been posting a page or two back, but only really because your delivery was juuuuust slightly off beat, which was really jarring since it seems like you're trying to really push the tempo of the instrumental, which obviously can't change. do you by any chance own a metronome? i feel like that might help you a lot.

Like I said, That's your preference.. I don't mind lil wayne.
I don't bump it religiously or anything but I respect it and have listened to him.
I just don't bring myself to dislike anyone's music.. if they can do what they like at a record level, respect man.
I have Genres I don't listen to because they don't interest me but within hip hop&rap- Mainstream.. Underground.. Whatever.
I enjoy a good bit of it, and if I don't it's still respectable.
It made me crack up because I feel I'm a long way from that kind of flow.<People are going to debate this, Clearly.
I think He has a good flow, If you think it's hip hop or not doesn't matter, he's pretty good at staying on beat.
And even then.. A lil wayne vibe justifies what I was aimed at, hype.. I was feeling hyped up when I made this.
I don't think I sounded like him but if It was that vibe I think I made the point.

It's all really confusing at once, not knowing sheet music or anything in relation.

Having trouble seeing where my speech ties into all of it, is my only issue.
Couldn't I just, Add more words.. or less, depending on the Tempo While keeping the flow
and still be on beat? I would think I would be able to compensate for being behind or in front of pace with word count?
I'm working more on keeping a constant flow but some beats It just doesn't seem to click the way I go about it..

Honestly, if i was in your position i wouldn't over think it. Practice rapping over a metronome for a bit. It should be easier for you to stay in time, there's less going on in comparison to a full song that has more stuff to distract you or throw you off your timing.

You might be better off using slower simple beats for a while. Should make it easier for you to keep in time and see where you are falling out.

As a jazz saxophonist and a rapper I'd have to say I know time signatures pretty well. I've actually never heard Hip-Hop in anything other than 4/4.

Thanks Emmit.. and everyone else too I know I dont always thank but fluckit is a big part of why I still post this stuff. I get it you guys arent always feeling hightones but I enjoy getting high its closer to my real voice, trying to find what fits, what I enjoy. Not trying to down and out on anyones opinions just trying to understand them. I always use whats said toward the next rap but I am still learning. I know my approach might seem odd but my mindset is I can look back on these raps remembering what ive learned, a rap log. No turning back, no regret.

I'm guessing there is already a site similar to my ideas.. but here's what I was thinking..
Maybe change my website name to something relevant if needed.
Any artist can sign up on my website, Log in. Agree to Terms, I Own the Beats used in this song, etc.
Post their music whenever they feel the need to.. Set a price (there will be restrictions obviously, can't have pricey stuff)
The site would automatically send me something like 5% of sales made on said item, Just to keep the site running really.
It would range from I don't know FREE to 1.50 US DOLLARS.. does this sound profitable to anyone? I don't know many artists but I know they are out there.. I could build on it, add features, eventually make something like a featured artists page.. Start making my own stuff to put on there down the road. I don't know sounded doable.. if anyone want's to contribute ideas I'd be down to donate from my profits to you for said ideas. This is all brainstorming really.. I plan to profit from a website in someway.. this is just an idea I started to think on.
Maybe some kind of system to reinforce original beats, like seen on youtube.. If it picks up a track that's already out there by it's time signature or however they do it (Sorry if this is the wrong term) don't allow the upload.
