I understand that you're just looking to be part of something quickly, but that's not how it works around here. Lurk around a bit more, and notice the way things are gone about.

I can feel you EAL because when I first joined the only thing I wanted to do was make videos and join teams lol, everybody laughed at me and hated me though.
Haha, no really though the best thing for a new guy is just to show support for community things, get involved in community videos, watch and comment on videos, parks, graphics, just things to build a rapport with people before anything else.
Also IMO I don't think we really need to grow the team roster, we need to try and do a video even if its just small, we have cool skaters and style but we haven't done anything yet to warrant any new growth I don't think.
