exactly..the new gen of consoles is right around the corner.
you gotta think that if any kind of skate game were being developed for the current gen we'd have heard about it by now.

Yeah, I just want a skate sim in the hands of a developer and publisher that give a damn about the user base that is there. Because a dedicated fan base would invest much more in the long run, they could just release a good DLC every so often, and they'd buy it.

i'm sure with EA's microtransaction strategy we'd have to buy boards,clothes,maps,etc. in DLC bundles if they made Skate 4.
probably have a bare minimum of options unless you buy them.

i think the controls are super important to a skate sim and ea owns the patent to the analog based control scheme. i don'r know if i can go back to button mashing.
