I've gotten every trophy(achievement for you xboxers)but the ones related to 1999 mode.
haven't gone far yet on 1999 but it's definitely tough,especially starting out since if you die with less than $100 you're back to square one.
I usually don't care for playing on harder modes but this games deserves the effort to get all the trophies.

yeah,but it's a glitched trophy.as long as the final shot is to the heart it'll give it to you.
