I wouldn't try too hard to bring emotion in man.. it should be something you just feel on a track.
This is my opinion and I am not the best and likely never will be but just sayin
I don't really use a beat anymore unless I've got a message to send, you've got flow down pack
switch it up, try writing a story or some shit.
That might sound lame but it may help you in those areas.

Thanks man, I like the overall feel of your song. Production stuff could have made it better but the raw version it already sounds really good.
