is anyone going to be getting this? it looks like so much fun. with random things like camera and safe positions in the levels and a leveling system for the different classes it should be a blast. if you havent seen it yet i suggest checking out this video. you can make it through an entire heist without alerting anyone if it is done right. i think it is going to have an under retail price point as well. i think it is 40 bucks for all playforms. comes out in a couple weeks

I wish I held on to my money, like you are, before brink came out. I heard, literally, nothing about the damn game until a week before it's release and afromatic was hyping the shit out of the game in a party and it got me pumped and it's one of the worst games i've ever played. I'll never buy a game spontaneously ever again.

Yeah, the AI-teammates are quite annoying. Can't really depend on them. But most people I know play that game online and do co-op missions.

Yeh online is the way to go someone is always playing.....

AI teammate help in the slightest, all the do is help during the assaults(hellbent on murder, yet barely kill anythingl)and they don't do the objective....they are more like bodyguards sitting on their ass' instead of helping with the heist.

Didn't pre-order as the first wasn't the most popular on PSN. Turned out if you didn't, you couldn't find a copy anywhere.

Got it on demand Friday. In 3 days I've probably played about 20ish hours. Once you start you get drawn in.

Great with friends, sucks without.

so i traded some shit and got this. still cant get my console to update so i'm stuck offline. i have done a few of the low level jobs. i dont understand how the weapon /mask unlock system works. i have gotten a few things in the cards after a mission but i have no clue how to get them. i would love to change my mask but i'm lost. cant wait to get online and try this with people. my ai teammates are trash. one of them just stood smoking against a wall while i murdered 1000 cops. i am currently lvl 6 and i am still using what they give you are the start of the game. i feel like i am doing something wrong

You need to play this game online, simply put. I'd say about 80% of the jobs aren't even possible by yourself unless you dumb down the difficulty a ton. Sever and loaded keep playing without me and get 10-20+ levels ahead of me, which gives us all a penalty with the experience at the end of the jobs. Sometimes I'll get a total of 20,000 xp and lose 18,000 of it just because of it. It's suppose to prevent 'boosting,' but the system just blows if the crew you're playing with isn't all around the same level.

Level limit sucks. Nice when you get around 50 and you don't see it any more. Just got to 52 with a few mates, each with respective skill trees close to being filled.

Tried stealthing some heists last night. Makes the game so much harder, yet still great fun.
