Been on a real short story kick. I'd be interested to read some of your favorite short stories of all time.

Haven't read the ones you are referring to, but some recent favourites include: A Stranger In This World by Brendan Canty (collection), Tenth of December by George Saunders (collection), We Live Inside You by Jeremy Robert Johnson (collection), Our Blood In Its Blind Circuit by J David Osborne (collection) and A Life's Music by Andreï Makine (single story).
