Does anybody know how to do those sidewalk "crack" noises? Someone told me to merge a round rail to create the noise but my skater keeps falling over the rail

Those sidewalk lines that when u pass over them ur wheels makes a noise like it has a crack on the floor i donr know if it actually has a specific name but i guess u understood haha
I know what you mean, the sound of the wheels rolling over the gaps in the slabs of sidewalks, but I don't know how you would do it without killing your speed. The rails idea sounds like it would work of you could get the merge perfect, but skate tends to just slow the guy down when things like that touch your wheels.
I could be wrong though.
If noone else could help, and it was just for filming, you could maybe use the first sound clip on this link and loop it over your footage as needed.

This page is also great for anybody on here who may need a sound that the game just doesn't reproduce well.
Yeah, im not sure if you could get it to work without a bump, ill try some stuff later though.

Blitz, maybe just show him one of my parks with the little gaps between the pads.
Might be what he's thinking of

The other thing that might work, althought not sure what "sound" they have, would be to try and get a tiny strip of the mega full pipe to show through, I think thats how most people do the lines in the road and stuff like that, they don't seem to bump much.
Hey im a D.I.K too
BREAST MILK MADE ME STRONG
I JUST FOUND OUT HOW!!! use the street banks and make a spine shape (http://prntscr.com/6v7u3q) and then lower them into the ground so much that you can barely see it. it makes a sidewalk crack noise and you bump a little but you never fall because they are ramps hope i helped!!
If its for sound purposes in a video you can always just add them in the edit. Just layer the sound behind the clips sounds and adjust the EQ as needed.
