Skating and filming were great, but the edit felt a little too over-the-top/epic. Probably just personal preference, but I really dont like seeing filters over footage.
yea, i'm not a fan of the filters and shit, but the actual edit was on point, timing and such, song worked very well.
everything was dope, i really enjoyed this one
love your vids, man.always unique and super smooth.really impressed with the edit and i personally liked the effects.kept it from being run-of-the-mill imo.
Dude i was little annoyed when youtube blocked that but...it's here. You're sick ! I liked every single second in this video but that nollie flip from Plaza de Verano 6 stairs (2:09) was just fluckin awsomeness ! I dont know about other replys but i like to use filters over skate footage..i use it a lot so nice to see someone other doing it also ! But yeah, you did it right ! Damn right cause i loved that. And thanks for showing my parks because these few videos made just more right for my parks that all images in threads overall. thx...nothing to say
damn dude that was really fucking good. just shows the power of CAP
insane edit. do you take classes for editing?
haha nah man, but thanks.... no classes, just creativity and herbs, with a lil bit of planning.... thats how they get done
no but seriously there is so many things that go into a edit, its insane (I always seem to be missing something still), like of course what we all know timing and cameras and trick choice and whatnot..... but also going Clip by Clip Editing you can bang out some nasty edits
meaning film a clip... throw it into Vegas/Premiere/FCP/Imovie (keeping the song your going to use in mind.... like when things "drop" or get more mellow, knowing the song is important)
then do another clip and then throw it into Vegas/Premiere/FCP/Imovie
this way your not guessing, like "oh I hope it works out", you know
-Instead of getting all clips then editing, takes more time but is worth it (I usually only do this method with the CapCard, but it always turns out a better edit)
and THANKS YOU GUYS!
