97% of the time when I try to edit someones created park it tells me can't edit park because it contains locked content, even though I bought the unlock everything pack just to have all the dlc. Please help this makes no sense.

There's also the maloof, after dark, art gallery, and skate.create DLC's which all include items that could be locked. There's also the Dr Pepper and Miracle Whip items. Maybe more if I left something out?

yeah the unlock everything code only works for the Regular game. To get EVERYTHING you have to complete the challenges included in each DLC to unlock the crap from those as well.
