Discription: This is a closed up Private Appartments. It was mainly for stair sets and has lots of stair sets. Its at a decent size as well with some benches included. This park is design for a film spot but to be honest I don't think its that good as colour don't look that good but thats you to you.

Good stuff man! Yeah, for filming in that area I would match the colors as close as possible to the buildings in the back ground to make your park look like an extension of them.
I do however think the colors you used are good!

Very fun, great setting. Only knock I have is that it resembles your last release, but that doesn't mean it isn't a fucking great park. You didn't show one of the best parts of your park though, the double bench that you can just barely see in the 2nd pic! It was soo fun! Not to worry though, I had so many lines that I decided to film one (which I rarely ever do, because I am shitty at filming). Cheers man! Keep making these fucking gorgeous parks, I will await them patiently.

@ Riverking, Than wasn't too bad filming and that line u did was sweet. I was hoping not to get it in those pictures so people could be amazed by it when they skate it. Cheers man!
damn dude that place looks epic.
Mattyman I really dig the benches that riverking posted a vid of...they look like they skate well. Those benches are what pushed me to the point of bookmarking the park rather than just enjoying the pictures. ill let you know what I think in detail once i play it. good stuff man
