I still got plenty of food

    Menu:

Cranberry sauce (cranberry, apple, squeezed orange, dried fruit bit, and a shot of gran marnier)

    Turkey (2)

    Mashed potatoes (8lbs)

Sweet potato casserole (sweet potatoes, bacon, carmalized onions, thyme, maple syrup, cinamin, nutmeg)

Green been salad (green been, kale, shitake mushrooms, shallots, portabella mushrooms, garlic)

Spinach artichoke dip (spinach, artichoke, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, parmesan cheese)

    Glazed carrots

Corn casserole (corn, heavy cream, whole milk, cornbread mix, cheddar cheese, sour cream)

Stuffing (bread crumbs, parsnips, homemade stock, celery, onions)

    Cranberry Bread

Giblet gravy (flour, homemade stock, whole milk, turkey drippings, butter)

    I'm sure I'm missing something
It took 11 hours, 2 monster drinks, 2 pots of coffee, 3 hours of sleep, some uhhh bowls of stuff, shot or 2 of that gran marnier, and some Killians. My feet were so sore I could barely walk for 2 hours. The desserts and veggie/fruit trays and rolls were provided by the guests. Everything came out awesome but I might not do it again. It is pretty draining but extremely rewarding. I do love cooking and I wasn't nearly as nervous as I would of expected.

    I uploaded the first segment
