I think everyone says Rockstar because of the cities, mainly GTA. Couldn't see them being involved in a Skate game though.

I remember a looooooong time ago someone said something about the flick it system being copyrighted to EA. I'd say that was bullshit but what do I know.

I wouldn't mind who brought out a new Skate game. As long as it involves the flick it system and the animations and city have that OG feel. And if EA come back in a year or 2 with Skate 4 in mind, they need to take 2 steps backwards, and look at what made OG so popular and still so highly rated within the community. They could just re release OG with tweaks (walking, adv free cam etc.) and I'd be happy.

But knowing EA, they'd probably find a way to fuck that up...

I would want the Flick It system kept though, an open world city like San Van, Day/Night Cycle, More customizable clothes and shoes and some new tricks. I have said we could all make it, but that maybe hard.

I don't think we have to worry about infinity ward getting hold of a sports game. And @ Stokenstein I'd rather Rockstar just dedicate a whole game to it, then just a minigame. If it was a mini-game, they probably wouldn't focus on it much, and GTA never has had a replay feature, so unless they added that into the mini-game, or just the game in general, I don't think as many people would go for it.

I believe the NAME "flickit" FOR the system was copyrighted. Otherwise Stoked would've been sued for sure.
