nah, shoegaze has been around for a while now, early/mid 1980s i think, popularized by bands like slowdive, my bloody valentine, lush, ride, etc.
alice in chains is okay, not necessarily something i fuck with regularly but i can tolerate it if someone puts it on or something

anyways, I actually kinda liked that song.
sorry for posting Devy again but this Shoegaze actually reminded me of it. Similar. I dont think it qualifies as Shoegaze but it is pretty ambient.
I thought it was pretty bad ass, had it up pretty loud too. Which rarely happens, even when I listen to my own stuff.
