I have this place half built (a long time ago, too lazy to finish). The pictures you have isn't 100% accurate to the real park
edit: I might be thinking of a different St. Cloud? This is in Minnesota right?
I'll try after the park im actually building, it looks very sick but i'm not sure everything is buildable...
