if you pop next to what you want to grind and hit the buttons before you leave the ground you auto hit the ledge rail without going over..

About the engine, yes, same as Mirra's (both game by Acclaim and Z-AXIS). I had mirra in my ps1 console for almost a year without taking it out, I can even say after these 7 years of bike riding, dave mirras' game got me into it. One thing mirra didn't have that Thrasher did was stairs, LEGIT stairs hahah. Even so, those 6ft long steps were fun as hell.
Turned out nice man... To bad I couldn't upload my clips and get them to upload... BRING BACK MEGAUPLOAD!!!
I'll most likely make another video, maybe soon and in expert mode.. Maybe you can try and send me some clips..
Also in expert mode if you press the land button just before you land, there is no strange freeze animation.. I never realized this until like a year ago.. Now I play in expert mode a lot, I only used expert like 15% of the time in the past because i hated that freeze animation, so now its like a new game kinda sort of..

yeah its pretty cool. You can even press it like just after you land, adds a fun challenge trying to get everything clean with no straight arms
Sounds good to me, I have 2 clips right now, both on that same miniramp i was skating in this vid. Such a hard ramp to skate
