Here's my take on it.

This guy's a little tool. Probably young and wishes he was better at fakeskating and the whole teams/vids thing in general.

As long as you have your graphics to use in your videos, it's not worth worrying about some little copycat. Nobody is keeping track of who's the best/realest/coolest GC artist other than the core GC artists, and they would spot his stuff as a fraud right away.
