it seems like the frame rate got a little whacky at times though, like from 30 to 25 here and there.

i gave up on FCP and switched to premiere because of all the issues i was having with final cut, but i have just as many issues with premiere, and having only been using it for about a week i don't know the best way to resolve them.

adobe media encoder sucks, is what i'm getting at.
