Can someone hook it up with a tutorial on how to get the dlc out of your park. no matter what i do... even if i don't spawn anything at all, my park cannot be skated by people without dlc...

If you dont have DLC that is in the CAP then you cant skate it.

people who dont have dlc clearly cant skate it, cos they dont have it. simple as that. dont have it - dont skate it

Make sure your template isn't DLC. Use either the Training Facility, Team HQ, Daytime Downtown Plaza, or the Stadium. Idk if that's the problem or not, though.
