no i have the old pro xbox and it works fine make sure that you have mergeing turned off when you uninstall the update and try it then.

Okay so I randomly just tried it again after building a park and then playing some skate 2, and it worked, what do ya know, i guess it is very random. So if it doesn't work for anyone, just try and try again.
