There are actualyy a few real life remakes in S3. 2nd & Navy looks like some spot Haslam skated in his XG18 real street part, The docks (i think) are like Brooklyn Banks. And the water towers MIGHT be at the old factory. There might be more.

Yeh 2nd and navy is 3rd and army you also got the brooklyn banks by the dock as goon said and x360grant made about 20 good remakes along with MF jordan XP Texas apples and jsmith I'll post a thease up with all the good remakes I know and then people can add from there?

clipper ledge should be easy enough i think

Been to the real clipper a few times..its pretty gnarly.
1 thing you wont notice is pictures is the edge is roundish....not a normal hubba.
