Skate 2 training facility

Okay so I'm looking for the TF in skate 2 and I can't find it. Can anyone tell me where to go?

If I remember correctly it's in Old Town. It'll be pretty noticeable since most of the roof is glass. If your current ingame sponsor is Girl then change it, or it may freeze.

I found a huge building that looked like it but it said "for lease" on it. I have a sponser so I don't know why I can't find it

You unlock it after clearing your sponsor's challenges I believe.
But take that with "s because I have my game 100% completed but reg's mini is closed in my map

beat all the sponser filming challenges and you get it
