    You know about the camera glitch right???
    try this....

    fastforward to middle of clip....
    marker at 54...
    FF alil...
    marker at 32...
    FF very slowly...
    and find that "sweet spot" which is usually around 15-12...

    camera follow was good...
    just try not to be really abrupt....jerky fast movements...its nauseating...
    Like I said, panbacks will smooth out with practice.

    I will try that thank you,i deleted all my tripod clips so ill be redoing alot of clips.
