Has anyone made a park with actual oververt?
every FDR ive seen is done half-assed, there's no oververt, nothing is the right size and nothing is smooth
with the merge technique and the ability to move stuff any direction i'm wondering if anyone took their time and made a legit park with legit oververt...

I think Master did, on Washington St maybe? Not sure, I've always wanted FDR though, or burnside, ill take either.
FDR would be amazing if done proper. but scale has to be almost perfect for it to have that flow....it needs to be built with a manmade bottom, instead of the bottom of the CAP palette, so you can put pieces half under the bottom or a lot of pieces are too big. it needs a lot of preplanning.
if it ever gets done proper it would be sick
