    Hey man if the video is short I have a solution for you
    this is what I do to get my file sizes lower for youtube uploads from the capture card
    Find a program called Format Factory
    it's used to lower file sizes to use videos on phones, ipods and things like that
    but it does some magic shit.
    I've yet to see any quality loss using the program to lower file sizes.

    Just use the video you rendered already, drop it into the program's box
    pick your desired location, Press start.. find the format you rendered to originally
    make sure options say high quality and size, presto.

    best way i know of to lower file size is run your file through your video converter again, quality loss should be minimum provided your settings aren't ass

    Upload with .wmv, shit is crisp with a small file size
