I agree with Wiltzuh it took me a while to get noticed as well. but I kept going and i'm still not that noticed, nor am I desperate to get noticed, I know some bigger people but not everybody knows me, i'm good where i am right now and kids shouldn't expect to just become famous like Fully, Inside, or even Wiltzuh or any other person here.

I try to stay out of these because I feel a lot of times you older guys are TOO hard on new members, but then again we can all name a few people who are new who are absolutely annoying as hell and deserve it, so I don't know if there is a right stance on that issue, I guess good people will disassociate themselves from that type of behaviour naturally.

Regardless, being hard on new guys is what causes the bad ones to leave and the good ones to stay. If we rip on someone for everything they do wrong, they'll either get fed up and leave or stop doing things wrong.
