PC Presents - Clipper Ledge CA (Xbox/Noooo DLC)
I made this park non dlc for the people who still dont have the dlc and I think it personally that it turned out alright, had a few problems with it but finished it with out dlc, hope you guys like it.

Skated this earlier today, pretty good. The actual ledge isn't as mellow, though.

Looks pretty good. I felt that it needed a bit more detail though to really spice things up.
It was without dlc so it was really hard cause i had to make custom buildings. I did my best to make it the best i could without dlc and i think i did a really good job.
Man it looks sweet. Custom buildings look fine. I will agree with a few people though, the hubba's needed to be twice as steep. I'm sure it skates well though.
Yeah what i was going for was make it look like the spot but make it really fun to skate and there's alot of stuff to do here with the ledge, the rail, the stair set and the gap over the ledge i think its a really fun spot to skate and it would look awesome to film there.
For sure dude. As long as it skates well and looks good on film, no one should really be complaining.
This is gonna be one of my favorite spots to skate for a while and without dlc i can show all my friends who don't have the dlc. A win win for me.

Clipper is fucking STEEP, not like a skatepark hubba at all.
