It's because the page loads from top to bottom, so they start differently.
And I use photoshop, sir.

you have to fit it under a certain file size. for tumblr it can only be 1024K or 1M
On ps...
I tried using a skate3 clip and only first frame shows
On the videos on yt on the buttom there is a row with all the frames

@EXO: around 1MB (aka 1024KB) or less. Try to lose as little quality as possible, but sometimes it unavoidable.
And yes, try to keep the pixel aspect around 300-500 width
