I thought no comply was one footed though.
Wouldn't you need to follow it with one foot for it to be a no comply?
Not saying you're wrong but it made me think of pressure flips
Apply pressure instead of popping?
I'm guessing here.. I don't do pressures. I believe they are traditionally a varial flip motion.
It looked like what I would think a step off pressure flip (360 flip variation) might look like.
