I actually got this one done relatively quick but it went through a lot of renovation. At first I wanted it to look very clean cut and reflect a university, then I decided I really liked the grungier look and aimed for that but it started to look too much like my most recent upload. Finally I ended up with what I believe to be a fairly balanced medium! I hope you guys enjoy this park, I did include the short rails that Fully made in our collab. I really wanted to do a park with small stairsets and gaps (not low pop, just small) and I feel I got what I was aiming for with this one. I also found a new texture I decided to try. If you can figure it out without using the editor you get a cookie. And don't ruin it by posting it in the comments please Anyways, please enjoy and I do look forward to any constructive criticism and positive feedback!

To guess, pretty sure the texture is on the cross walk of the large Street pieces?
