This is fan friggin tastic. It skates wonderfully and has a strikingly wonderful visual style. Honestly.....if a skate park builder wanted to build an amazing plaza in a town they could just steal this right here. Top notch sir this will live on my xbox forever.

A friend that had the same error message told me that when it's happening, you have to try again bookmarking, it will works after several tries!

I did try bookmarking it several times, but no luck, so that's when I gave up on that site and went directly in-game in the recent CAPs and found it there
