Made this with the very few crappy pictures I could find.
When you see the final park IRL, you'll notice the ground is different.
This park skates very well and I haven't found anything ungrindable.

In Game Download Steps:
1. Go to Online Teams
2. Team Finder then Search (Pancakes Parks)
3. Find that Team.
4. Go To Team Roster
5. Find the (i enjoi hopps) name.
6. User's Content, then Parks
7. PARK NAME IS (SLBarcelona 2013)
8. There's your park!
