-TV
-Sports
-Call of Duty
-NFL

These are all things I hate. E3 better have some good shit, or else I'm ditching this piece. Even the design is ugly.

It's definitely sad though, I didn't get one positive message out of this 'unveiling' so far. I can access xbox through my phone or tablet? I don't give a fuck. You can watch tv? Don't give a fuck. No backwards compatibility? Pissed. Used games have to pay a fee to play them? More Pissed. Have to fully install the entire game to play them? Enraged. Who the fuck would be excited to hear these things anyway? They just basically told the gamers to go fuck themselves and the general audience to check them out. Angry Joe said they didn't even elaborate on these issues during the conference, people had to interview them afterwards to get the important questions answered and that's what we get, absolutely fucked.

Its not the console that pissed me off, it was the reveal in general . Games console reveal, let's talk about all our TV features.
Anyone who was going to take the time to sit and watch an Xbox reveal was going to be a game enthusiast. Why wait until E3 to show the gaming side?
Backwards compat is no biggie. With GTA V not being on next gen means the 360 will still get a hell of a lot of use for years to come. Plus, your Gold Membership is the same for both consoles.
Kinect is stupid. Nobody wants it anyway, now it's forced upon you. I don't want to chat up my Xbox every day. And pressing that one button to switch off the Xbox and go to normal TV was a pain, thanks for sorting that out.
Paying a fee to unlock a game can suck my dick. Gone are the days of borrowing games now. Tied to your profile is okay to play anywhere, but having to pay probably full price to borrow a game suuuuucks.
Waiting until E3, haven't seen enough of either to decide.
Couldn't agree more. If Microsoft / Sony call something a reveal, it should be an actual reveal and not some lame presentation, with nothing to show.
E3 will hopefully be less vague about the new consoles. As of now, I'm not impressed at all... Both consoles look to me like half-finished current-gen PC's right now.

On top of things I've said and people here have said time and time again, there's more to this. They've stated there will still be support for the 360 "far into the future," no backwards compatibility, and all this bullshit they're doing to make this a "home entertainment system" rather than a, you know, GAMING CONSOLE.
What they have effectively done is not only make me uninterested, but also give me ZERO reason to even want it. If the 360 will still be supported, then why get the new one? For pre-rendered videos of not-actual-gameplay? Doesn't sound like a solid plan to me.

Yeah it sounds like they're not focusing enough on gaming.
The fact that Xbox One will only work with an internet connection (correct me if im wrong) is the sole reason why I would switch to PS4.
I don't detest the Xbox One, though. It has blu ray, which is cool. I was always jealous of ps3 for that.
In terms of gaming, I doubt I wouldn't have fun playing the new generation of forza for hours.
That voice command shit looked fun too. "Xbox on!" And the shit turns on.
Microsoft disappointed me with the name, though. Xbox one? Xbox 720 would have severed all ties.

I'm pissed about the xbox reveal, but I have to say this in their defense. This was a rumor that spread like wildfire, and they *very specifically* said that is NOT the case.
