Holy shit, that happened just before we took a skate trip to portland on go skate day. (the whole weekend) We stopped at a ton of 76 gas stations throughout that weekend. If we went on our trip just a few days sooner, fuck dude.

fuck that.. people need to defend them selfs against crazy people.. cops dont do shit sometimes. i called them once cuz there was some high ass motherfucker in my back yard staring at shit, i called 3 times, they never showed. next thing i know the guy is in my laundry room (its connected to the house but not a way in).. My roommate and i talked to the crazy guy and he finally left our property but things could have been bad if he was violent. If he came at me he would be dead

I don't know why it makes people feel safe. There are gun accidents too.
It's Not like we're livin in the apocalypse yet.
If your place is shady work on getting a new one not buying guns.
Possibly killing someone in self defense versus moving?
I don't support guns personally, They make modern situations barbaric.
Are you really going to be so trigger happy that you defend yourself and shoot someone?

Is that what every person who owns or wants to own a gun for protection is thinking about?
I find the thought of that pretty disturbing.
I would say when it comes to survival our thoughts may be just as bad as a criminal's
It makes what may be a completely normal person sound unstable even.
I'm not real sure what I would do in a hostile situation but I don't think it would involve a weapon.
Even if there was a law against guns people would still ship, trade and sell them illegally so they would still be out there.
I know we can't stop it but I don't support it, It's a moral thing for me.

theses methed out drug addicts wont hesitate to kill you, rape ur wife and kids. Call me paranoid but I live in the land of the heartless, these guys are everywhere and a lot of them are homeless. I live 3 blocks from the gas station this happened at, its not a safe place to live or work. Working at a gas station doesn't pay enough to help me move just yet, hell I lived in a garage in the cold ass winter last year. The world is a dangerous place.

Eternal, if I ever make a trip to skate around portland again, we need to meet up, we didn't even get a chance to hit up burnside because the person 'leading' our group didn't want to and the trip had to go entirely his way, for some dumb ass reason.
