With a friend, we are working on a phone skate game, between trueskate and touchgrind. A kind of truegrind, wich will be my first video game! I think i would have been more credible than albert if i wanted to make skate 4! Does anyone know if he ever worked on any video game before?

Luckily, he will be refunded by the end of the kickstarter's time period. Since, like briden said before, kickstarters are an all or nothing type of deal. He's not getting the 500k, no fucking way, so when times up, all the people who contributed to his scumbag scam will get their money back, although albert will just come up with more and more garbage to try and collect it from them again.

I wish more people bothered to realize this about Kickstarter, on an unrelated note. So many people assume "they just want my money to run with it" when that CAN'T HAPPEN with Kickstarter (example: BMX the game). If they make the money goal, they're LEGALLY REQUIRED to make the product with that money (although it may be shit, as it would with this case), and if they don't make the money, it gets returned to the pledgers.
