No Collision Option

Hey dudes, I hope this isn't a stupid question but I've just re-bought Skate 3 purely to build some parks. I've done the merge glitch but I'm not getting a collision option in the CAP options. Can anyone help me to solve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you dont get Collisions when you press Select?

I may be wrong here so if I am someone correct me please, but is this because you dont have the Skate Share Pack?
I thought you started off with that Option though

are you talking about while you're in merge? cuz in merge there is no collision option

You need to turn collision off, then change your clothes or something to save the game, THEN do the merge glitch. It keeps the setting from before you do the glitch, so if you have collision turned on before, it stays on after.
