Yeah it can be done, but resizing an optimising such a big file really lowers the quality. I'll give it a go later if you like.

I had a go, but as you can see the quality really does suffer. Plus file size wise it's a little big for an avatar.

How did ya do it, Corrine? Imageready?

Pretty much Imageready, though you have to save the converted flv as a Mov file to import it.

I'm so glad I found that out, I used to do gifs frame by frame print screen from the source video, then paste each one into Imageready, it took forever.
