Default Help with Ramped Slow-Mo's in After Effects

Alright so I know there is no sound to the clip which probably has something to do with my render settings (if you all know how to fix that please feel free to let me know what to do as well as what render settings to use ). But My main question is how can I get my Ramped Slow-Mo's to look better in After Effects (I am using CS6 if it matters).

Any feed back is greatly appreciated!
