No it's not, the stretch goal is 'Filmer Mode.' A feature that will basically act like you're filming someone else in real life. Scroll down the campaign and you'll see it, it sounds like a fun addition to playing online. I can understand the confusion though.Originally Posted by HCH Media

holy shit sounds crazy wondering how this works and plays semes like a game in it self .. hope they make it not too realistic its always hard to find some one who want to hold the cam lol
I'm hoping filmer mode plays out in single player too if you save a replay you can go back in and film it in filmer mode.
